I absolutely recomend this car seat. If I was to buy another infant car seat I would buy this one again. I love the sure latch and I love the adjustable shoulder straps without rethreading. It is extremely easy to install and my baby is very comfy. The fabric is soft and the pattern is stylish. My only negative comments would be the color is almost purple so i find it a little girlie for my son and the sun shade has netting on the sides so if the sun is shining in from the side windows the sun still gets through. But the positive so out weigh the negative I wouldn't choose any other car seat over this one. I had a piece on the sunshade brake and i called evenflo for a replacement piece and the sent me a new one free of charge without a receipt of when i purchased it there customer service was excellent, and I didn't have to wait on the phone. When I buy a convertable car seat i'm going with evenflo again.

I really love this car seat and tell all my pregnant friends about it! The trim on the car seat is more purple than some of the pictures that show it is kinda blue, but it is perfect with our daughter. I didn't want to buy another car seat that you had to re-thread through the back. It is so easy to strap the baby in the seat with this harness system. The big plus of this car seat is the secure-latch, it is so easy to put in the car. It took me 5 minutes to put the car seat in. The shade is really nice and huge and has mesh on the side for air. It works with the Aura Stroller by Evenflo perfectly, locks onto the stroller and very secure. You can buy another base by calling the phone number on the bottom of the car seat base. You can't buy another base online on Evenflo. The only thing that doesn't come with is a locking clip but you don't need it unless you are going to switch it to a non-latch car or truck. The locking clip is only $3.

My husband was in charge of selecting the infant car seat. He did a lot of research and in short, did a fantastic job with the selection. The base was easy to secure in the car. Our infant loves the car seat. We find it easy to put her in and out. The straps are also easy to adjust as she has grown. She had a blow out and the padding was easy to wash and re-attach. Like all car seats, it is heavy (especially as she is growing). It is comfortable to carry hooked on my arm. The color is blue and gray (which seems a bit more masculine to me) but does not get too hot in the sun. I would purchase this again. You can call the company and order a second base.
